After studies and a career in economics and marketing (Université de Montréal, Harvard Business School), Raya Mazigi shifted to arts and design practice and teaching. She holds a Masters degree in Visual Arts and a Masters degree in Interior Design from ALBA University.
She was awarded with the Sursock Museum Emerging Artist Award. Her work was exhibited at various venues including the Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille, Galerie Mamia Bretesche in Paris, Le Cube Centre de Creation Numérique in Issy-Les-Moulineaux and the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw.
